Q: I didn't receive a order confirmation email, did my order go through?
A: When we have high traffic releases order confirmations can be delayed. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout then your order has gone through. We recommend that you save your order number for your records.
Q: I'm seeing a double charge on my bank/credit card statement, did I get charged twice?
A: This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company and it will be automatically removed within 3-5 business days.
Q: I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted. If you are not pleased with your item, you may return for a refund or exchange for something less or equal in price. Please email toastedLLC@gmail.com with your concern in the subject line of the email.
Q: I ordered from your online shop and need an exchange or refund?
A: Please email us at toastedLLC@gmail.com for further instructions on exchanges and refunds
Q: I placed an order online can I come and pick it up at the store?
A: Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to pick up their web orders from our stores.
Q: I emailed you, how long will it take them to respond?
A: It can take our Toasted customer service representatives up to 24 hours to respond. Sending multiple emails only delays yours and other people's inquiries, please only email once. Be patient and will get back to you in a timely manner. Thank you
Q: I purchased a Gift Card online can I use it at one of the Toasted Pop Up Shops?
A: Depends. Electronic Gift Cards are meant for online web store purchases only, so we can not use that in our physical stores. But if you purchased a hard gift card online you may use them in Toasted stores.

Q: What kind of camera and software does Toasted Use?
A: A Canon 5D Mark II with photoshop & lightroom
Q: You're all out of (Blank)?! When is the re-up?
A: Probably never! We make our product in highly limited quantities. That means once something sells out (it can take hours or weeks), sometimes we never make it again. The early farmer harvest the grain (toast).
Q: Can I get some free stickers?
A: Technically no, but shipping is free!
Q: Can you tell me who does your printing? Can you put me in contact with the people who make your products?
A: We house our own screen printing facility. As far as manufacturers, we can not give you that info. What we can do is, if you need help, Alibaba.com, Printful.com, or Bellacanvas.com are good sourcing website.
Q: How can I tell if a Toasted resale item is fake?
A: If it's not burnt, it's not from us! We sell everything thru this site, with VERY FEW other online outlets or physical stores. If you have concerns over whether the product is authentic, please send detailed photographs to toastedLLC@gmail.com and someone will verify as soon as they can.
Q: I want to work for Toasted. How do I apply for a job / internship?
A: We apologize, but we are not accepting any applications for jobs or internships at this time.
Q: How do i get my clothing featured on your website / blog?
A: Sorry, but we do not accept any product submissions. We handpick what we like ourselves, so if we like it, we will come to you. Unless the boxes are padded with fire bud or rolls of hundred-dollar bills in which case, email toastedLLC@gmail.com for further instructions.
Q: Would you be interested in exchanging banners? Can we use your logo on one of our party flyers?

Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Toasted LLC web store. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We apologize that your item didn't work out.
Please send us an email at toastedLLC@gmail.com detailing your product mix up. Please put return or exchange in the subject field. Please be as detailed as possible so we can fix the problem accordingly. We will get back to you in a timely manner for instruction on how to move forward.
All questions regarding an item's return qualifications will be answered once we get your email at toastedLLC@gmail.com
*Enter the email used for your order and follow the instructions we will send to you. Returns will be accepted for items within 15 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact; and the product must be unused. For returns, customer will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of the item(s) returned or money back. A shipping label will be generated upon request of the return or exchange. The online store credit CAN NOT be used for in-store purchases at our Toasted Pop Up Shops.
Purchased items will be shipped within 14 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 7-10. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify toastedLLC@gmail.com. You will receive an email from toastedLLC.com when your order has been confirmed and shipped. Along with a tracking number for your and our safety.

Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state Oklahoma. Sales State Tax is not charged to orders shipped to the states outside of Oklahoma.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You agree to bring any dispute arising under this Agreement exclusively in the State and Federal courts of the State of Oklahoma in Tulsa County.
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by Toasted LLC. Toasted may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Toasteds sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement, or if Toasted for any reason otherwise so decides to terminate. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
We can only assure the accuracies on OUR site(s) or social media. Anything else is outside our control. Make sure you check verified toasted® sources for your info regarding us! Toasted takes fraud prevention very serious and will continually work to protect the security of our card-carrying customers. We reserve the right to flag any online order for fraud prevention purposes. This may cause delays in processing. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate contact information and customer service representatives will make any correspondence attempts to the contact information provided. Customers submitting orders with varying information may be subject to such delays in processing. Flagged orders may be held from processing to await explanation regarding the variance between the billing and shipping information provided. First-time orders from new customers at above-average dollar amounts may only be authorized to ship to the billing address provided. Orders submitted using unsupported credit card information (often international) may be asked to confirm authorization by submitting a government-issued identification card that matches the information on file with the bank for the credit card holder.
