Refund Policy

We apologize that your item didn't work out!

 

All disputes, claims, returns, and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Toasted Fits for any approved return.

 

Items that are on sale, a promotion, food, or a discount code are FINAL sale.

 

Items purchased for full price are available for a return or exchange. They must be unworn, unwashed and purchased within the last 14 days to be eligible for a return or exchange!

 

When processing an exchange, some items may have a low inventory count and may be unavailable for exchange. If an exchange is not possible, we will bring it to your attention via email on how to move forward.

 

We will send you information to track along with your return process.

How to return

Step 1 - Email us at toastedLLC@gmail.com with your order number. 

Step 2 - We will approve or deny your return in a quick conversation via email. 

Step 3 - Package and ship your return and include a copy of the packing slip if possible. As well as a note with any instructions for our shipping team regarding your exchange/return. 

Step 4 - That's it! We'll handle it from there.

IMPORTANT:

All returned orders are issued online store credit applicable to non new drops in Toasteds online store. We do not offer any monetary refunds for online orders.

 

International Orders - Please note for international orders, we are NOT able to create return labels, which means ALL international sales are FINAL. Thank you for being worldwide.

 

All custom orders are final.

 

Refused packages will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for credit.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. 

The buyer assumes all responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier.
